welcome to the planet, welcome to existence.

Church is my sanctuary, it's where troubles are stopped the door. In church, we're urged to let go of them, forget them, dismiss them for the moment, no matter how fleeting. Because there is no need for worry in God. In church, there is calm, there is peace. There is help.

Isaac is the devil. He's a flaw in the building, he brings bad news. He reminds me that I'm suppose to be worrying about my worries. Unsuspecting phone calls waiting to be made, text messages like astronauts on the airwaves. You pretend they're not there but you know they're there. And that ruins church for me.

I've been tired. I feel like I don't have the right to say that because, well, everyone's tired. So, I'm not tired.
