Day 21: Your favorite medium of art
I'd say photography, though I'm partially embarrassed to admit so because neither do I take it seriously enough, nor am I good at it. I guess you could say that a drawing could produce the same results, with all the right effects, appropriate highlights & shadows etc. But photography is all about perfect timing/luck/skill/foresight/experience. You could take hours/days/years/forever to do a painting. photography, on the other hand, is so much more precariously perched on the edge. You either get that perfect shot, or you don't. tragic, but still.
I really need to start drawing again. If not for anyone else, then just for me.
