It's too late to sleep now, but it's far too early to begin the day. I expect the worst from not sleeping tonight, but for now, I daydream, even though it's night out, and revel in God's silence even though the sun will surely come soon, unfurling unto the earth a brand new day of startling brightness that brings with it clarity.
I know I will surely miss you again tomorrow, but what we cannot stop, we must embrace.
